Stress Relief for Students

School is stressful! But it doesn’t have to be. There are lots of ways to manage your stress. Getting plenty of rest, exercising, listening (and singing along!) to music, and doing mindfulness meditations can all help decrease your stress levels. Even just being aware that your thoughts are stressing you out can help you to dial down the noise. I put some stress relief resources that I find useful on this page, and I hope they help you too! And remember, be easy on yourself. You’re doing the best you can!
